Lucky 38, Wastelanders Mentioned-Only

I was pressing the "Random page" button, and it took me to Lucky 38, I read through it, but then I came across this, I tried to track it down, but I can't find where F76's Wastelanders mentions the Lucky 38. Can anyone tell me where it's mentioned, like a note or terminal entry, or something?

I loved the few references to the Vegas casinos in Wastelanders. Added a bit more worldbuilding that wasn't essential to the series but was a nice minor detail in their histories.

^ It appears only in New Vegas, and is mentioned in Wastelanders. The middle icon is All Roads, a graphic novel the Lucky 38 is also mentioned in.
