I think realistically it’d be the Brotherhood, but I kinda hope it’s all of them. I mean, with the Institute gone, why purge the railroad?

The canon ending is the secret ending where all three factions are alive, i just hoped that Elder Maxson promoted you to sentinel for destroying the institute even if you sided with the minutemen

There is no official canon ending, but if there was one I think it'd be the peaceful ending where the Brotherhood, Railroad and Minutemen all survive.

Just a guess?

Brotherhood survive, likely the victors in the war with the Institute

RR - crippled by the BoS, but survive in small numbers due to the structure of their organization

MM - are reorganized, but their actual involvement is never mentioned more than vague notions of being a helpful faction, if any mention is made at all

Institute - are destroyed
