So, I'm trying to figure out G.I Blues, but want to confront Benny quicker. However, I can't seem to find a Passport at Mick and Ralph's store. Neither has one in their store. How do I go about getting a passport from them? I'm on PC.

<p>I got those caps from repairing items and then selling them. If you counted the money I got from Dead Money however, it goes up to about 438,500 caps.</p><p>
