Interplay ha presentado a recuperar unos 10.000 dólares de Bethesda en honorarios legales a raíz de la denegación de la medida cautelar presentada por Bethesda en relacion a paralizar Fallout Trilogy y Project V13.
Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 54 and Rule 109.2 of the Local Rules of the United States Disctrict Court for the District of Maryland, Defendant/Counter-Claimant Interplay Entertainment Corp. ("Interplay"), hereby moves the Court for an award of the attorney fees and expenses that it incurred in successfully defending against the Motion for Preliminary Injunctions (the "Motion") filed against it by Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant Bethesda Softworks, LLC, ("Bethesda")
Lo comentado arriba se refiere en conformidad con las Reglas Federales de Procedimiento Civil, artículo 54 y artículo 109.2 de las Reglas Locales de los Estados Unidos a que Bethesda debe abonar honorarios del abogado y los gastos que efectuó en defender con éxito . Asi que Interplay que Bethesda pague las costas del Juicio asi como el pago a los abogados.
